When looking at two moderately attractive people, one with a smile and one with a scowl, the person smiling will always look younger and more attractive.  A genuine smile and good spirits indicate a comfort level with one's self.  Be confident that no one can be you better than you can.  No one ever said that as an adult you have to take yourself so seriously.  Be happy, be amused. Cliches become cliches because they are true much of the time.  You are only as old as you feel.  Act young and enjoy your life to preserve your youth.  Be at peace with yourself and share that calm.  Nothing is more beautiful than the beauty that comes from within.
