You are resilient.  When you are having a challenging day be confident in the fact that you can handle it.  Step outside the issue and look at it objectively.  If a certain approach is not getting you where you want to go, be creative and try a different angle.  Dig in and hang on when you think you have exhausted all of your options.  You are along for the ride.  The moments of greatest turbulence will enable you to truly cherish the peaceful times to come.  Hang on.
