The majority of the time we preform poorly, it is because we are not invested in what we are doing. No amount of knowledge, experience or talent can make up for a lack of interest. Apathy shows. If you are not excited about reaching a goal, the success of reaching it will not make you happy. Define what you are passionate about. Identify what makes you happy and ask yourself how you can set career goals that line up with what inspires you. Enjoying work and loving what you do are key ingredients to top performance. Create a platform where you have happiness and success.
