Love and the positive are always around us. We erect barriers to protect ourselves from being hurt or disappointed. The problem is those barriers can not distinguish between positive and negative, they keep it all out. The barriers eventually take on a life of their own growing thicker and thicker. Reverse the process. Consciously put some cracks in the wall. Let it crumble down and let love in.
