Move Past It

Emotions are motivators.  Positive emotions such as love, loyalty and drive can inspire wonderful actions. Then there are the emotions we don't like to acknowledge as often because we see them as negative.  Anger and resentment are just as much a part of us as the others.  Don't ignore them when they come to visit you.  Brushing these feelings under the proverbial carpet will just keep them with you indefinately.  The key to dealing with these two emotions is to recognize when you are feeling them.  Examine why or what made you feel that way...then let it go.  You will feel lighter and happier without that negativity weighing you down.  A negative and challenging time in life can inspire amazing things, but you must move past it.
