Even after the exhausting workout and the deep conversation we can have feelings and energy pent up inside. Still need a release? Have a good laugh. Let out the joy, the anger, the passion, the anxiety. Once you get started you may feel hard pressed to stop. Laughter is the body's natural stabilizer. Self medicate with the best medicine. Let yourself, balance yourself. Then rest and recharge for tomorrow.
