Make a point to lead by example. If you want to live in a cleaner world, pick up the garbage off the ground. If you want people to be nicer, make eye contact and smile to others, say please and thank you. If you want a healthier body, eat better, drink lots of water and be rested. If you want more peace, learn to control your temper. Actualize what you want through actions. Don't be a do as I say, be a do as I do.
