To fear is one thing. To let fear grab you by the tail and swing you around is another.
~Katherine Paterson
A good dose of fear is inherent in our existence. It comes from the animal side that promotes self preservation, that "fight or flight" response and survival. Fear (and the adrenaline response it provokes) prepares you take action. Fear creates changes in the body, the mind and the senses to enable you to perform great feats. Let fear give you strength, inspire you to change and the power to create solutions. That thing you allow to hold you back and cower when faced with fear is self-doubt. Change your perspective on fear and use it to the advantage it was meant to give you. To fear is exist, to overcome it is to triumph.
