Face the new day with a positive outlook. In every day, acknowledge the moments of kindness. Create and share kindness of your own. Smile at someone, offer a compliment or assistance, take the time to say thank you. Recognize the beauty in the every day. The unique, the imperfect, the sunshine, the rain. Beauty can be found in any surrounding, it is just there waiting to be recognized. Speak and hear truth. The unfiltered words of a child are like music and oh, so entertaining. The day is only so long and it does no favors to speak untruthfully. Speak clearly and purposefully. Keep kindness in mind when speaking your truth. If you do not have something to say, be okay with silence.
