We recognize external beauty often, but that beauty is not lasting, quickly forgotten and easily tarnished.  The beauty of the item by knowing that is was produced by suffering or exploitation.  The beauty of the person by hurtful words and unkind actions.  The recognition and appreciation for true beauty, that stays with us for a lifetime.  Cherish the good for whatever it looks like, it is always beautiful. The sunrise over the ocean.  The person who helps others and always lends a hand.  The one who lightens your heart by making you laugh and understands you better than anyone else.  Seek out the good and embrace the beautiful.
