Each of us is capable of great feats. Great courage, great strength, great ideas. In your interactions with others, expect the best. That person is waiting for an opportunity to rise to occasion. It is amazing what a person can do when secure in the knowledge that someone believes in them. If you do not settle for average, they won't either. If you want the best, see the best in them.
