Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest. ~Mark Twain
Make a point to hold the door for the person behind you. Slow down a bit and let that car merge into traffic. When the clerk behind the cash register says have a great day, tell them thank you, you too. Offer your assistance if you see someone stretching to get something out of their reach. If you overhear a conversation discussing a need for directions, excuse yourself and tell them how to get there. Perform some random acts of kindness. Those acts seem to be so rare now a days. You are there, you see the need for it, so why not? People will be grateful for the assistance and many will even be shocked that you bothered. A great thing about kindness is that it's contagious. The person you helped will most likely do the same for someone else. Imagine the snowball effect of you helping five people who each help five people and on and on. Go start a kindness epidemic.
